This is where General Motors has factories, and presumably employees.

1. Would we do the same it it were Toyota instead of GM?
My guess would be that tax payers in Australia wouldn't want their money to be used to help an American company. :shrug:

I know Canada is going to be chipping in 6 billion to the Big 3's Canadian operations.

Anyway, if others aren't, can't we chalk this up to a failed management decision? If some company wants to relocate production to a region that won't bail them out, that is sort of their problem. I guess in the long run, it wasn't the best fiscal decision they may of made to move there...so...I guess I am trying to say, fuck em. Don't whine to me if Mexico isn't going to bailout GM Mexico, Inc. Maybe they shouldn't be there in the first fuckn place.
