How we can give the GOP a BIG teaspoon full of it's own medicine:
Any further relief packages passed before the end of the year should be called:

'Christmas Hope and Relief to Institutions Stimulus Temporary Mandate Action from the Senate'

Or, more simply:

C.H.R.I.S.T.M.A.S.

1. We put every little thing we want in the bill (you know, the stuff that's actually going to be good for the Country), and then stand back and watch the GOP reflexively vote against C.H.R.I.S.T.M.A.S.

2. Question, on every channel and radio station...their love of Santa Claus, ask why it is they're trying to kill the dreams of children, ask why they've taken reindeer off the endangered species list, ask 'How are we supposed to explain this to our KIDS?'. Essentially, question their family values.

3. Then, we send out surrogates to question the GOP's religious faith loudly and at every opportunity. Repeatedly ask how we can see the GOP as anything other than GODLESS COMMIES because they CLEARLY voted against C.H.R.I.S.T.M.A.S.

4. Bash them over the head mercilessly for voting against what we know to be the clear and obvious interests of the innocent Baby Jesus.

It'd be sauce for the goose.

K&R if you agree.

7. There have been a couple threads about it in the last couple days
I can't find one easily though. I came upon them on the "Latest" page so they're gone from there by now. I don't even remember which forum(s) they were in, but either GD or the Lounge would be my guesses. I don't see a thread on the first two pages of the Lounge that has "fox" in the subject, and I'm about to leave work at 10:15 p.m., so I don't want to take time to search GD. Sorry.

The story was a group (20!) of kids had repeatedly t.p.'ed a guy's house so he filled a squirt gun with fox pee and waited for them. They came, he sprayed.

8. We have to thoroughly pee on the whole concept of Republicanism.
I call 'em republi-CONS, 'cause all they offer is a CON job.

I suggest spreading the word everywhere, dropping little mental bombs like:

"tsk-tsk-tsk (sigh)... that's what you get when you vote Republican."

"Republicans are Un-American."

"Republicans are against The People."

"Republicans want to screw the working man."

"Man! Why do Republicans/THEY hate America?"

"Republicans Hate America."

"Republicans don't care about you."

"Republicans don't care about the working man."

"Republicans don't give a damn about the people."

"Republicans don't give a damn about YOU."

"Screw the working man! Vote Republican."

"Screw YOU! Vote Republican."

Don't forget the ever-popular "IGMFU," whose initials stand for "I Got Mine, F-U."

...and more.

This list DESERVES to get longer.

Please, by all means add your own!

10. Didn't they vote against Mothers one day? I don't recall more than
the headlines, but they were being obstructionists about something (again)

Found it:

Republicans Vote Against Moms; No Word Yet on Puppies, Kittens
