1. Same here
Even though we'll be up against major auto manufacturing money, I'm in.

2. Who does Jim DeMint face in 2010?
Any Democratic challengers stepping up in SC yet?

3. Not sure. But in a more perfect world DeMint would become
disoriented on a hike next week and be devoured by several dozen mountain lions.

The only possible down side to that would be that it might make the lions sick to their stomachs. I hate to see noble creatures suffer.

5. And Shelby WAS A Democrat...
My hopes are the Siegleman case goes deep into that corrupt party and the next Alabama GOOP convention is held in the state penn.

But in the end, we may just thank this shitbag for yet again another repugnican overplay...further isolating his crumbling party and further endangering what moderates and blue dogs that walk this plank with them. This, hopefully, will be a last hurrah from these douchebags. No they won't go away, they'll just be 8 or 9 votes further away from doing any serious damage.

BTW, when the GOOP took over the Senate in '94, this humanoid shit couldn't jump parties fast enough. Good riddence to that trash.

7. True. He took a look at the Nixon roadster there in the lot
and decided to drive it home. It took him a few years but he couldn't resist.

Shame on him for his disgusting comments this past week on the Senate floor. Shame on him.

I love your scenario for the Siegelman situation. A GOP overplay. That is a great insight.
