What Exactly Does "I Talked to The White House This Morning" Mean?
When the murderer in chief is out of the country. Does it mean the dick? Does it mean Laura. Barney? That is what Sen. Corker just said on Face the Nation regarding the Big 3 talks this weekend. The fuckhead is in Iraq, so who is this White House person?

9. Grammar trivia: figures of speech such as this are
a type known as "synecdoche" (pronounced sin-EK-du-kee), referring to a part by using the whole.

Often employed in Renaissance rhetoric, as when a Shakesperean character says, "France will act. . . " when actually referring to the intentions of the French monarch.
