Why not hang old shoes from trees as signs of your "support" for the Decider-in-Chief?
Easily understood by all but the densest of the dense.

1. Decorate some Christmas trees in parks
with shoes with Cheney's Abu-Ghraib symbol as the star.. That would be cool.

2. Or decorate the trees at a particular residence in a swanky Texas neighborhood
I recall a radio host doing a "shoes for Imelda" event when she lamented being run out of the Philippines without time to pack everything.

Perhaps a Texas DJ with serious cajones would do a similar event? Shoes for Shrubs!

4. Bad idea.
Shoes in trees, powerlines, and other similar places are in my area indicators of where to buy drugs.

It also reminds me of the movie Wag the Dog.
