AG's son Marc L. Mukasey of Bracewell & Giuliani defending Madoff partner

Attorney General Michael Mukasey has recused himself from the Justice Department's investigation into Bernard L. Madoff, accused of running the largest Ponzi scheme ever.

Mukasey's son, Marc Mukasey, a partner in Rudy Giuliani's law firm, is representing Frank DiPascali, a Madoff firm official, in the probe.

2. Quite a few telling points in those two sentences.
The AG has recused himself from the largest fraud case in US history.

The AG's son works for Rudy's firm.

Rudy's firm is representing at least one of the defendants in the largest fraud scheme in US history.
