BUSH: "I'm The Decision-Maker & I've Picked The Plan"
Bush: 'I'm the decision-maker' on Iraq By JENNIFER LOVEN, Associated Press Writer

WASHINGTON - President Bush, on a collision course with Congress over Iraq, said Friday "I'm the decision-maker" about sending more troops to the war. He challenged skeptical lawmakers not to prematurely condemn his buildup.

"I've picked the plan that I think is most likely to succeed," Bush said in an Oval Office meeting with senior military advisers.

The president had strong words for lawmakers on both sides of the aisle who are lining up to support resolutions opposing his decision to send 21,500 troops to Iraq. He challenged them to put up their own ideas.

"I know there is skepticism and pessimism and that some are condemning a plan before it's even had a chance to work," the president said. "They have an obligation and a serious responsibility therefore to put up their own plan as to what would work."

2. Oh man, how stupid are people?
"I know there is skepticism and pessimism and that some are condemning a plan before it's even had a chance to work,"

But GEORGE...NONE of your 'plans' work! YOU don't work. YOU fail.

7. I nearly wrecked my vehicle, this morning when I heard that...
I had just turned on the radio and heard him say..."I am the decider, and...." It's a good thing there wasn't any traffic.

He reminds me of when I was in elementary and we were choosing up teams for softball games at noon recess. There was ALWAYS someone in the group who jumped up and down, saying, "I get to be the captain...I get to be the captain."

10. Congress should say: "Well, we're the decision-maker firer, ...
and we've picked the dates for the impeachment hearings."

They won't; but they could, and should.

16. Illogical statement. "I think"
That is also the source of our current problems.

He just thinks he thinks, but I think, and a lot of other people think, including a lot of professional thinkers who think for a living (I think), think that he's thinking he fooling himself when he thinks he's thinking.

Of course, that's just what I thunk.
