Yellowstone is getting ready to erupt (see general discussion). Am I now in a foul enough temperament to post in this area? I think so.

Wait let me watch the Sunday Morning talking head shows, I will be ready for a padded room by the time they are over!

Wait maybe I will not watch the talking heads. There is not enough aspirin to overcome them. I would rather read the posts in here, than have to listen to overpaid, less than curious, copycat, run the latest rumor, so called broadcasters.

I am in a foul mood this morning!

EDIT:
See I have such a headache I do not even know what area I am in! One thing for sure, I will not be participating in any polls, I would click the wrong choice for sure, and probably get permanently booted

4. I use orajel
or a crushed clove. Both will numb the area.

5. I love garlic.. I am using the orajel right now
I don't know what the problem is.. there is no cavity there, just had my 6 month check up.. Could a headache, refer to the tooth area??

But the garlic is not a bad idea.. if it does not get rid of the toothache, at least I will not be pestered by vampires :hi:

3. Put a clove of garlic on offending tooth... either the pain will subside
or people will stay away from you which in your present state of mind could be a good thing... lol!!

Serious about the garlic though.

http://www.garlic-central.com/toothache.html
You probably won't find raw garlic in your dentist's surgery - but it has long had a place in lore for the treatment of toothache. The great Hippocrates recommended garlic for tooth ache, although to be honest he recommended garlic for almost everything! Whilst some folklore talks of applying garlic externally it is unlikely that this would provide any immediate relief. Most traditional uses of garlic to alleviate toothache suggest crushing it (to release the allicin) and placing it inside the mouth, next to the tooth. Sometimes the garlic is used in conjunction with cloves or clove oil.

The reason that garlic can be effective in relieving the pain of toothache is almost certainly the allicin - a compound with a powerful antibiotic effect that is released when garlic is crushed. It is possible that this could slow down any bacteria involved, however it is unlikely that garlic alone could halt decay.

Remember that crushed garlic is very strong and can cause skin irritation - use with caution.

Garlic might provide some short term relief for the pain of tooth ache, however it should not be seen as an alternative for expert dental treatment. Always consult a qualified medical professional.
