3. I've seen quite a few of their new ads. Now it's about.......
if your adjustable rate mtg is about to adjust, call us and we will ger you a fixed rate mtg. at 4.5% for 30 years.

7. Annoying or not, I found them to be the best company to work with
Having had now 3 mortgages with them, I can tell you that they are the only ones that gave me the rate and terms that were initially offered. They were the only ones that didn't make *mistakes* on my mortgage applications. They were the only ones whose fees promised at the outset were the same or less than initially promised.

Whatever their problems, they had a certain way of operating, I did find they expected good credit, that they had competitive rates and encouraged 30 year fixed mortgages. If only all the companies had operated that way in this respect.

One more reason I dealt with them: no mortgage brokers. Yeah, I've never had a mortgage broker that I would use a second time.
