I agree with the above DUer: I would have made Bush Numero Uno as well. Then Sarah Palin as second and Bernie Madoff third...

My reasoning--
Bernie Madoff is a crook and knows it. Sarah Palin, on the other hand, is a joke and doesn't know it. She's more dangerous than he is...

In fact, he may have been #1 seven times so far. I sure hope he was in 2003.

6. KKKarl should have been on there someplace!
With all of the stuff coming out about the prosecutor's scandal, Siegelman's treatment in Alabama, the recent questionable plane crash death that arguably could have his fingerprints on it. The guy is total scum! He should be there someplace in every such list!
