4. actually they can be served by Congressional staff

or by US Marshals. WHile the US Marshal service is part of the DOJ, I know of no circumstance in which the Marshal service refused to carry out its duty to serve a congressional subpoena.

If they don't show up I would imagine a bench warrant would be issued. They wouldn't be leaving the WH for a while I imagine.

undo the justice system. All we need is a judge brave enough to issue the bench warrant over the demands of the AG.

The mechanism for enforcing a congressional subpoena involves the following steps:
First, the committee issuing the committee votes to hold the person defying the subpoena in contempt of congress.
Second, the entire House (or if its a Senate committee, the entire senate), has to vote to hold the person in contempt.
Third, the contempt citation is referred to the US Attorney's office in DC, which would then be expected to bring the matter before a grand jury, obtain an indictment, and seek to press criminal charges under a provision of the federal criminal code that provides for penalties (I think its a year in jail) for contempt of Congress.
