Is this a good idea, or crass and exploitative/

Elizabeth Edwards should sell autographed copies of her book and have the proceeds go to one of the foundations combating breast cancer. Specifically, if it could go to one that helps women who don't have health insurance, so much the better.

What are your thoughts?

2. Wonderful idea!
Selfless and caring. Good way to get the word out that people should donate what they can to cancer research, and a handy way to do just that.
