It is coiled like a spring. It could strike any time...
There have been many times of greater physical danger in Old America's 224.5 year history before Bushler ended it in 2000. We may regain our nation but it will never be the same in so many ways. Alien & Sedition Acts. Civil War. DubyaDubyaTwo 1941-1945, subtitled "Granpa Prescott adds some melted Jewish gold teeth to the Bush Family fortune by laundering Nazi money".

But I too believe that there is something uniquely sinister, ominious and thoroughly unAmerican (and more than a little bit of Nazi-lite) about what these Busheviks are doing.

This may be among the very most dangerous threats to America ever because it comes from within and by people who have a pre-1776 attitude, and zero moral compunctions about restoring America to a pre-1776 condition by other means, a place in which the Superior fluorish and the Inferior know their place, to use Straussian terms (which is the Bushies' philosophical guiding star).

We can thank our lucky stars for the moment that the level of physical danger is not much greater, for 15% of Americans are ready to "staff the concentration camps" metaphorically speaking (your Loyal Bushies) and the other 15% are ready to unquestioningly wipe of the strange greasy soot off their windowsills every morning, metaphorically-speaking.

The level of physical danger could be much worse, and probably WILL be, if the Democrats get close to impeachment/conviction and the Loyal Bushies are forced to have their al-Qaeda pals run a nuclear 9/11 (God Forbid) to "support the team".

But there is now a lot of deliberately cultivated consciencessless evil, and it's dumb mesmerized followers, in this country. This evil now has an evil Nazi police state LEGALLY CONSTRUCTED such that it could easily be put into action. Halliburton Concentration Camps. "Unlawful Combatant Status" and the end of habeus corpus. Total Information Awareness. Turning Justice and the Judicial Branch into Loyal Busheviks. It is coiled like a spring. It could strike any time...

2. In the back of my mind, the real reason for BushCo's allowing....
the Pakistani/Saudi A-Bomb keeps haunting me....

The usual explanation is that it was the quid pro quo for their help in opposing the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in the late 70s/early 80s, but something tells me that we may yet see a US city sacrificed on the altar of oil war pretense...

5. It's been like the frog being
slowly boiled to death. The heat is being turned up so that the frog doesn't notice he's being cooked. I'm thankful that enough people saw what was happening to our country and started voting these alien lizards out. Now comes putting them into prison where they can do no more harm to anyone. Oh, and confiscate every last dime they have and help pay down the massive debt they've accrued.

9. "Useful idiots."
In a very successful instance of political projection and dissociation, the plutocratic right has kept its authoritarian drones in line for over a half century by referring to the liberal/left grassroots as "useful idiots." (They even falsely attributed the term variously to Lenin and Stalin.) Indeed, that's how the "chickens for Colonel Sanders" on the right are regarded by their leadership - human beings as a means and not as an end in themselves. (Corporate executives tend to regard employees and customers alike in this fashion.)

Their story proves your point.

After all, by the time Katrina hit NO it had down degraded into a 3.5 or so.

And except for the levies breaking, staying was the smart thing.

But when the city sank, the Republicans that were middle class and had no private Blackwater troops to heli-transport them out got every bit as soaked as the poor blacks

11. Well, they are going to have to get their Brownshirts from somewhere
Although I think the VIPS division of the "Citizen Corps" (the old Nazi freikorps changed just enough for plausible deniability) is much more likely to fill that role.

http://www.policevolunteers.org/

Perhaps they'll do it together, the Hessians and the Loyal Bushies will work as one to restore us to the pre-1776 condition the Busheviks admire so much.

VIPS brownshirts have the kind of local knowledge necessary to round up the disloyal for shipment to Halliburton Camps. Blackwater Hessian can act on the tips of the Neighborhood Spies to kick down the doors and root out disloyalty, shipping it to a Concentration Camp, where it can't effect the Loyal Bushie Population.

12. Don't blame the American electorate: it's the voting machines
along with brown shirt tactics in key states. If the vote is counted fairly, I don't think Repubs could win 10% of the elected national offices, the local offices maybe, but beyond that it would be almost 100% Dems.

THE KEY ISSUE REMAINS FAIR ELECTIONS, that is, FAIR VOTE COUNTING. If we get that, we can get the country back. If we don't, we won't. It's as simple as that.

Meanwhile, we have to keep from blaming the American voter. The split in America is now more strongly for the Dems than it ever has been, and it will continue to get larger.

The problem is this onslaught of mafia activity in the 90s culminating in the mafia tactics primarly in FL in 2000 and then around the country in 04, but esp in OH, FL, etc. GA, AL, and numerous other states are sowed up because the vote is counted on the voting machines w/o verification. In other wds, in a lot of states there is no democracy any more.

I do believe the tide is turning, just hope it's not too late.

Ever read that article by Jon Alterman (I believe) that he wrote right after the Wellstone Assassination?

In it, he described that not just he but many of his colleagues believed that Wellstone was in danger of being whacked by the Busheviks using their pals, the Colomibian Right-Wing Death Squads (and intelligence apparatus).

In fact, one of the Soviet-like instances that I found about after the Wellstone Assassination was that in 2000 the Colombians Right-Wingers (completely without direction from their Bushevik funders and pals, of course :sarcasm:) PLANTED A BOMB IN HIS MOTORCADE ROUTE.

You remember hearing about that on Cable TV News or ANYWHERE in 2000? Naaah, me neither. The near-assassination of a Senator isn't newsworthy at all (if he's not a Loyal Bushie, that is).

Thank God there were some Loyal Colombians there, mixed in with the Loyal Bushies, to uncover the bomb thus giving Wellstone another two years of life before the Loyal Bushies finished what they started.

NOTE to all the "Conspiracy Theory Shouters" that I recognize these are speculations and that we will never know the truth. However, I am convinced now that the Loyal Bushies are evil enough to perpetrate that and MUCH MORE, so stick your insults up your collective asses, if any of you happen to read this and want to spray your skunk-squirt on my thread...you know who you are and all others please disregard this.

At any rate, the reason I bring this all up is because Alterman said he wished that he had brought up his concerns that Wellstone would be assassinated BEFORE he was assassinated, to have it out there so that maybe, just maybe, if enough people suspected teh Loyal Busheis wanted him dead, they'd be afraid to bring in the Colombians and do their thing.

So I say I am afraid that cornered Loyal Bushies may have their al-Qaeda pals run a nuclear 9/11 on us (God Forbid) if we come close to uncovering and prosecuting their more heinous crimes because I hope enough people start saying it out loud in the hopes the Loyal Busheis will be afraid to do.

I also agree with what you say in that it is at least a 50% likelihood, and possibly as high as 75% liklihood that Evil, Lying Dick or Karl Roverer is doing just as you say.

And YES, the dumb bastards DID wait too long (I think & hope).

However, that doesn't preclude them from doing it, especially if they are desperate and cornered.

20. I'd never heard of that.
I knew Wellstone was very likely assassinated. I didn't know about the Alterman article, though. Wow. Strangely, I was an avid non-conspiracist until 2000. Now, I'm an avid certain-conpiracist. 9/11 took me awhile, had to do a lot of reading -- still not sure about everything, especially the false-flag experts pushing the most outlandish stuff, but the video of WTC 7 is pretty much what smacked me right between the eyes. Good Lord. PNAC delight. And it worked perfectly.

It's like G. Gordon Liddy to the tenth power with a lot more money and better-trained operatives. Deeply-embedded cabals dedicated to the overthrow of this nation, and they've already partially succeeded, November 2006 notwithstanding. Goddamn them all to hell for being so insanely power-mad.

Thanks for your thread. I think about this possibility every day.

We will need to root them out.

17. You are so right, and what worries me is that
aside from civil war (which I'm certainly NOT advocating), I can't think of any "fulcrum" to use to take the country back. And the only other way I know of to restore a nation after it was taken over by fascists is from the outside intervention (which I'm also NOT advocating).

I can't imagine these people are going to leave power willingly in Jan. 2009. So that makes me worry about another terra-ist attack on the "homeland" (God, how I hate that damn Nazi word), followed by martial law and a suspension of elections if they think they can't rig 'em again, or if they think they can and don't and are facing a Dem admin in '09.

How bad can it get? I wonder how many Germans asked themselves that during the 1930s?

18. Thankfully We Have Some Things Working In OUR Favor
Edited on Fri Mar-23-07 09:56 PM by Beetwasher
Not the least of which is their own delusions working against them. They truly believe it's possible to undo all the progress that's been made. It's not. People are NOT the same as they were pre 1776. There HAS been progress socially, hopefully enough so that progressive values ingrained in society will be a bullwark against their fascism. They also never counted on, and certainly underestimated the use of the internets as a tool for the masses and popular will to weild power.

24. I have thought about that...and I wonder....
since that's a distinct possibility (as I put nothing past them)shouldn't people be figuring out a way to communicate w/o the internet? We sit here contributing our thoughts to this and other sites on a daily basis, but no one really knows anyone else, where they live, what to do in an emergency situation, or how to contact one another..so what happens if the internet is gone...shouldn't there be a group who is designated to contact others? shouldn't there be plans made? should we not be considering loss of the internet/cable as a very real possibility, and make some kind of contingency plans?

Just last week, my server went down for several hours...the cable went out at the same time, and the ones who have their phone service through the cable co...also had no phone....talk about feeling isolated...no explanation for the outage, it just happened...it covered a large area, 60 miles straight down the main drag, and the whole surrounding area...I kind of wondered then...what would we do...how would we stay in contact...anyone ever think about how easy it would be to totally black out this country, and keep everyone from contacting anyone but their immediate neighbors? When the majority have their cable, internet, and phone service through one vendor...hell, all they'd have to do is flip a switch, or shut down a satellite..(hopefully your neighbors have the same mindset you do, in that case)....just random thoughts this morning...

27. I've refrained from saying it up until now,
but I don't believe the BFEE has taken all the outrageous steps toward totalitarianism that they have just to meekly hand the powers of the Unitary Executive back to the Democrats on something so arbitrary as an election. I think they are determined to either create a false emergency; whether terroristic in nature or not, and continue their misdeeds under the cloak of martial law, or at least to exercise their tried and true election fraud machinery again in '08. If that fraud becomes self-evident after the election, the resulting uproar could well spark additional clampdowns on civil liberties, with or without a declaration of martial law.

That the Crime Family would take a page from Putin (or was it the other way around??) on dealing with its critics would surprise me not in the least.

I believe that peak oil and the US debt crisis are going to hit home with a slam before election season of 2008, and the economic and social fallout may make us wish we had only a nuclear dust cloud to deal with. As has been described on The Oil Drum and elsewhere, the four major oil fields on the planet are all now either in steep decline or no longer able to maintain the production levels we have relied upon for decades. Wishing on windmills or ethanol to maintain our economy and general way of life is not going to make it happen. If you have followed the details on the energy situation at all, you either realize this or you haven't been paying attention.

With this situation hanging over our heads, along with the war drums banging for Iran, 2007 will have us 'living in interesting times', as the Chinese saying goes. 2008 may find us 'over-interesting'.

28. I firmly believe that Putin took his cue to behave tyrannically from the Bushies
He must have been saying to himself and his avdisors: "Man, we try andget rid of Soviet Pravda and look at what those hypocritical Americans now have...Fox "News", which is EXACTLY LIKE OVIET PRAVDA."

Or this: "We have been trying to give the Russian People free and fair elections becuase we were following the oh-so-moral Americans, but look at how they steal as many elections as their people can stand before they are about to freak out, then they let them have an honest one in whcih they barely win even though the people are 70% against the party."

In all cases, Putin must have been thinking, "Why are WE trying to behave to standards the Americans don;t even seem to be bothering to try and uphold?"

In my opinion, it is NO coindidence that the Putin half of BushPutinism began to rise in earnest after 12/12/2000, the day Old America was murdered.
