DownWithTyranny reports that freshman Democratic Rep. Alan Grayson, a congressman from the Orlando area, castigated his home state foe — Rush Limbaugh — for his unpatriotic remarks about Barack Obama:

“Rush Limbaugh is a has-been hypocrite loser, who craves attention. His right-wing lunacy sounds like Mikhail Gorbachev, extolling the virtues of communism. Limbaugh actually was more lucid when he was a drug addict. If America ever did 1% of what he wanted us to do, then we’d all need pain killers.”

After Limbaugh referred to anti-war veterans as “phony soldiers” in 2007, Sen. Tom Harkin (D-IA) commented, “Maybe he was just high on his drugs again. I don’t know whether he was or not. If so, he ought to let us know.”
