He's talking about a federal prosecutor sensationalizing charges against him then begging for three more months to make a case he's already spoken of as decided.

He's talking about a kangaroo court in the Illinois Senate that refuses to allow him to present a defense.

He's talking about removing a twice elected governor from office without proof of wrongdoing.

He's talking about the rule of law, which for Republicans seems to be suspended indefinitely, even as Democrats are arrested, tried, and convicted before evidence is even submitted.

He's talking about being considered innocent until proven guilty.

But, as usual, Democrats are jumping on the bandwagon against another Democrat while they allow the most heinous criminals in human history to just skate away and enjoy retirement while the nation decides what airports and battleships to name in their honor.

As in the case of Senator Burris, it's hard to believe Democrats are really this fucking stupid. But I guess the proof is in the pudding. You hold your own to standards that you refuse to apply to others whose criminal activities and damage to the nation are FAR worse, and then you don't even bother to allow them to defend themselves according to existing legal standards.

If every politician in the USA was held to the standards Blagojevich is being held to there wouldn't be a single elected official left in the country. You fools.
