I'm saying within six months.
That was a gut feeling.
I think a few of them have been hanging on by their fingernails waiting for a Democrat.

I'm in the pool with Ruth Bader Ginsburg at six months.

Anybody else wanna go on record?

5. Stevens will retire first
It is my wish that Scalia and Thomas are the first to go, proving me wrong.

6. It's gotta be...
Justice Stevens.

Who will be the first rightward-tilting justice to depart?

In a surprise move, Scalia will retire next year...citing "ideological differences with reality."

10. Okay.... you made me laugh. First laugh of a long day. Thank you!
I only WISH for Scalia and Thomas.
Wouldn't that just MAKE the year?
House, Senate, Pres...and then... COURT!

Whoa!
