Constitutional law scholar Turley got it exactly right .... there is clear evidence of war crimes committed by the Bush Administration. If they travel outside the US, they would be regarded as 'war criminals.'

Yoo knowingly and wilfully wrote those legal opinions with the intention of aiding and abetting Bush and Cheney in committing orders of torture.

He would be key in explaining who received the legal opinions, who ordered the acts of torture, and why the legal opinions were written in the first place.
