Why does the GOP think they improved the economy in the 90s, and not Clinton?

The GOP didn't really do anything to help the economy. All they were doing was trying to get Clinton impeached.

5. From 95 on....the economy started to turn around by end of 92 and was lifted further by

Dem congress's 93 budget by mid 94, but, there was no Dem leader able to promote the facts up against the RW message machine, and Clinton who DID have the bully pulpit, chose to ignore the plight of the Dems in congress, and didn't do much to help them in 94 campaign cycle.
