Putting Petulance into the GOP

Remember the kid on the playground who totally sucked but owned the ball.

You had to let him play or he would threaten to go home and take his ball with him.

Meet Rush Limbaugh and the Modern Republican Conservative movement.

Petulance in motion.

Of course, eventually, the kid got his ass kicked, his ball punctured.

So the gang chipped in and got their own ball. The quality of the games improved; the bonds between real friends strengthened.

And the, "But I own the ball" jerk, was ostracized from the playground, leaving him with no option but to slink off and join the young Republicans, vowing to get even with the democratic trash by being the best Hall Monitor he could be.
