8. I don't think of Rush as a "conservative." He's a radical hater with a cult following.

Not in the Burke sense of the word. Rush is an uneducated misanthrope - a cheap bully who resents that other kids (Bill Clinton, Obama) are popular.

He seethes with rage and self-loathing. He's hardly the first of his type.
