Rush is awesome!

He's now fairly consistently over the top, in calling for Obama to fail, in saying liburls are evil, that most people just think of him as a crazy person who's opinion isn't worth considering. The only people who still listen to him are pretty crazy themselves and other people realize it. Even my republican/moderate in laws have trouble with other, not so moderate, in laws.

So the more that Steele and other republicans step up the plate to get Rush's ball print stenciled onto their faces, the more everybody thinks of the whole republican party as being over the top crazy. Yeah, liberal is still a bad word to them but republican is also becoming a bad thing to associate with. With Rush's help, republicans keep marginalizing themselves. Steele knows that and was trying to dissociate the party from the rabid rush right wing, but was forced to stick his head in a little further up the dark side instead.

With a little luck, the republican party will asphyxiate itself fighting for the last breath among the bowels of their leader. Terrible way to go :)
