Senator Tom Harkin talkin shit on C-SPAN 2
All life on terra firma depends on 3" of topsoil. And Our beloved Senator Harkin is talking about fertilizer that's environmentally sound. Specifically swine fertilizer and fixing the odor and run-off problems with it.

2. Yep, Harkin spoke to that as well
I think it was on Ed Schultz's Air America talk radio show. He wanted smaller farms to get aid but stop aid to big agra
