I think Limbaugh is a grand deflection

I know it is entertaining to watch the GOP consume their own.....

entertaining......

But, while munching popcorn and eagerly watching them react to Limbaugh's iconic spewing, deflects what we should be focusing on.

Now is not the time to point fingers and laugh at them squirm.

Now is the time to ATTACK conservative and neocon ideology that enabled the US financial system to collapse and drag the rest of the world with it.
Example - why the heck is Tom Delay on TV? Shouldn't he be in jail? They - the conservative movers and shakers are criminals, liars, cheats - and they drove the US to the state it is in today.

Rush Limbaugh will be happy and eager to stand firm and deflect from the attacks that should be directed at conservative ideology - we have not yet had a serious discussion about that - even though the ruin stare us all in the face. I say deflect, because that is what it does - it deflects from serious discussions on the obvious shortcomings of the neocon ideology.

Bottom line is that Rush Limbaugh is an entertainer, who profits from anger and outrage. Compelling emotions to be sure - but it does a disservice to intellectual discussions on moving the nation out of the depression and forward to a sustainable prosperity.
