Rush versus Obama: Who would win?
I just was watching CNN and Wolfe said that Rush wants to debate our President. Now, we all know how intelligent our President is. Knowing this, who do you think would win in a debate Rush or Obama.

Me, I'm voting our President. Why? The man can think, nuff said. Next

1. Obama would be his usual calm, cool, collected self while Rush his usual
bombastic, egotistical, blow-hard self. Obama would whipe the floor with him.

5. What Rush wants is not a debate
What Rush wants is a one-sided interview completely controlled by him. He will decide what questions are asked and how they will be framed. He will have control over the guest mike so he can cut off Obama at anytime. He and his engineer will be able to let Rush rant on and on without Obama having the ability to react or correct what is said. In a real debate Obama hands down. The way Rush wants of course it will be Rush because it is set up that way.

9. I know, I was answering the question if in a real debate, not one on his show,
who would win. Obama, easily.

2. Rush, maybe even in a walk, if they do it the way he wants to
It's kind of a catch 22 the way he's set it up, but Limbaugh is a skilled radio personality. If Obama walks into that trap, Rush could very possibly cream him.

If they moved it to a more balanced format, Obama could take him, but Rush has already made it clear that the offer is for Obama to come on his show under his rules; nothing else. Presumably because Rush knows his position of strength.

3. O, hands down.
But Rush will never debate O because it's impossible for him to earn that right.

4. It's not going to happen
If Rush wants to debate the President, tell him to win the Rushican primaries for 2012. Fuck that pig.

7. Obama has already won...
He's got Rush thinking that he's actually the leader of the GOP, exactly when the GOP needs to step away from his far-right rhetoric.

8. If Rush thinks that he can out debate our President and also believes his ideas for running the
country are superior to what our President is doing and given that 20 million Americans listen to every word he says, WHY ON EARTH DOESN'T PIGBOY RUN FOR PRESIDENT?????

Oh, yeah, forgot....he's a gutless, drug-addled coward. That's why!

10. A random person off the street could beat Rush in a debate.
That's why he never has anybody on his show or debates anybody.

The only reason he challenged Obama is because he know Obama wouldn't take his offer. If Obama DID call the bluff then Limbaugh would just weasel out of it and accuse Obama of bullying "private American citizens."

11. Obama is using Rush to confuse the Republicans.
In no way is Obama dumb enough to waste valuable time in a debate with a fool.

12. President Obama would win of course.
President Obama has the intellect, the education, and the experience of working in law and in government. He can receive information, think about it, and express himself clearly. Limbaugh has a high school education and a set of talking points that he cherry picks to support his own view point. He is a blow hard and only "wins" arguments like any other right winger, he yells louder. A debate would be disastrous for Limbaugh, but it would also demean the president. Limbaugh is only calling President Obama out because he knows that it would be a lose/lose for President Obama. I like the idea of having Rachel Maddow, or Keith Olberman be the President's surrogate.

14. I guess you have to ask yourself ... Why would the President even consider
something so ridiculous, as to demean the Presidency by debating a talk show host? And for what end goal? President Obama, was elected President by a vast majority. Rush is still a side show with no real message other then to hate without purpose! If Rush wants to debate the POTUS, then he should earn the privilege as every legitimate candidate has ... on the campaign trail! President Obama, possesses a genuine passion for humanity ... Rush is an empty shell consumed by self loathing, fear, anger, and hate!

16. Only One Way We'd Ever Find Out
That would be in August 2012...when Rushbo wins his corrupt party's nomination. I'm sure then President Obama would love to debate issues with him. Until then, Eagles don't fly with Turkeys.
