How Do You Like Him Now? / RNC Member Asks Steele To Resign
RNC member calls on Steele to quit
By Reid Wilson

“Michael Steele should resign as Republican National Committee (RNC) chairman, according to a committee member from North Carolina.

In an e-mail to fellow RNC members obtained by The Hill, Dr. Ada Fisher, North Carolina's national committeewoman, said Steele is "eroding confidence" in the GOP and that members of his transition team should encourage him to step aside. Fisher added Steele's personal e-mail address to the e-mail.

"I don't want to hear anymore language trying to be cool about the bling in the stimulus package or appealing to D.L. Hughley and blacks in a way that isn't going to win us any votes and makes us frankly appear to many blacks as quite foolish," Fisher wrote.

Fisher, who is one of three black members of the national committee, backed South Carolina GOP Chairman Katon Dawson, whom Steele edged out in the final round of voting to win the chairmanship in late January. She has voiced repeated opposition to Steele, sending dozens of e-mails to committee members even after Steele won election slamming him for any number of chips that have fallen awry.

Fisher’s call for Steele’s resignation comes amid growing frustration in the GOP that the new chairman’s repeated gaffes are hurting the party.” Cont…

7. The truth is Steele is clueless
He has no understanding of why Obama won the election. Steele demonstrates utter contempt for black Americans, just like the rest of the Rushicans. The problem for the rest of them is that he is using hip hop and bling ring tones while they speak in code.

6. "Fisher, who is one of three black members of the national committee,"
When talking about anyone else, that would have been a joke. I believe the RNC has 145 members.

On the other hand, two percent representation on the committee is about consistent with the level of support the GOP got from the greater African-American community in the last election. And, of course, it's also pathetic, which is consistent with the general state of the GOP.

9. Another Story You Need To Completely Read To Get The Picture
Looks like this lady has never been a Michael Steele fan. Interesting that she supported Katon...who had to admit to being a member of a whites only club...and that she appears to be the lone RNC member whose come out publicly. There's gotta be more to this story.
