RNC chair Michael Steele's blog is no more
The emasculation has begun. When will Steele learn that there's only one leader of the Republican party? And it's never going to be him. For people who scream and yell that Limbaugh isn't the story, that Limbaugh is irrelevant, Mr. Irrelevant sure took his pound of flesh out of Michael Steele, and continues to take it.

...Not with a bang, but a whimper.

1. A Steele Eunuch
Future story: Under chairman limbaugh's ironfisted despotism the republican party is now rudderless and cockless.

2. Hell, I'm offended at the way Steele is being treated....
How an African American, member of GLBT or woman (or anyone, for that matter) can yield their own self-respect to defend ands support that racist, bigoted and misogynistic party just slays me.

3. $$$$$$$$......
There have always been those who have been willing to sell themselves, he is no different, except that I suspect he already has enough to stop but still keeps going on out there.....

4. He should gather up whatever little self-respect he has left and quit.
It's not going to get any better for him.

5. Here's The Problem...
They hired him to be a token, he turned "uppity" on them. They were hoping for a new JC Watts...and didn't realize Steele's ego is far bigger than his accomplishments.

Another reason many GOOPers are starting to hit the "reset" button here is that the RNC has been the money pot for the party in the last two elections. They've had to fill the gaps because their candidates couldn't outraise Democrats. They're nervous about that cash cow and having a loose cannon like Steele in charge.
