CNBC - most on-air "personalities" still blaming Obama for recent 20% drop
It's been a carnival show today.

A couple of on-air reporters/guests were dressing down the regulars saying that blaming Obama for a failing economy is just nonsense. But, they'll keep up their harping until kingdom come.

FUCK THEM!

Fuck them and their crying in the beer over a measly 5% add'l taxes on capital gains.

FUCK THEM!

Fuck them and the nearly 30 years of "Reaganomics" (supply-side economics) that has turned capitalism in America into an all-for-themselves greed-fest.

FUCK THEM!

2. To me, it's confirmation Obama is on the right track.
These folks are just plain scared.

I just listened to them talk about letting go H1B holders before American workers. The logic there was so twisted it was beyond comparing it to pretzels. The upshot was, American workers were thrown under the bus. Again. Big fucking surprise.

9. I agree.
Stocks may well be the next big "bubble"! When the big players in the markets get tired of watching it drop, they will be buying up all kinds of stocks at record low prices. They are already buying up stocks that were up around $90 dollars or more a year ago, but now are down to ten dollars or lower. They will se which way the wind is blowing, and when the know Obama's plan, and see that it will work, they will be picking up all the stocks that the small investors have been selling, and they will once again push the markets up and make a killing! It will take some time to really get the price back even close to where the were, but if you can buy a stock for $10 or less, and the price jumps up to even $50 a share, you can make a lot of money on your investments! A thousand shares at $10 is only $10,000. Make a $40 dollars a share on them in a couple of years, and you have done well very well. Those with the big money can make millions!

4. All there retirement funds is in GE stock... which is in the crapper.
Needless to say they have been insane for over a year now.

Unfortunately the other news channels are designed for the mentally challenged so if you want background noise CNBC is still the best choice.

7. President Obama told us long ago it would get worse before it got better.

The corrupt and evil BushCo Regime had eight long years to bring us to where we are today. Obama hasn't even been in office for eight damn WEEKS yet. We are paying too much attention to the RW Media Hatemongers and all the other assorted hand wringing rethuglican nutjobs.

8. If those presstitutes reported fires the way they report on the economy ...
... then fire departments and fire fighters all over the country would be blamed for most of the scorched earth and destruction ... and arsonists would be vacationing or appearing on talk shows.

12. And when the market recovers...
...it will be because of "risk taking" capitalists who are "rescuing the economy" in spite of the "socialist" in the White House.

Blah...blah...blah.

Switch to Bloomberg, at least they are semi-palatable. They make an attempt at non-biased information.

CNBC is laughable.

Money honey anyone?

13. He deserves some amount of blame.
Geitner had DESTROYED confidence in the banking system and needs to be fired. I think Obama should be accountable for about 10-25% of the recent drop in the market.

I am not a financially contributing user, yet, so I see all the ads.

Usually, it's a bit annoying, but this one's a DUzy.

On a thread about the money-grubbing capitalists pigs at CNBC, there is an ad for termite spray!

Termites is a nice word for those pigs!

16. They are apologists for GREED while they criticize CLASS ENVY ...
Both are basic human reactions (you're not going to stamp
out either) ... but what you rant against depends on which
side of the tracks you're living on.
