I saw an article about him. He is a disciple of Bennett, and mentioned several of the other major RW talk show hosts (Rush? Hannity? O' Reilly, Savage - some people like that) as his influences. You can see his scholarly sources in the photo - 10 big lies about America, another book by William Bennett. And now he's written a book of his own! Clearly a young man of ideas.

It's ok, children can be brainwashed or get overly into something. But this guy is taken seriously by the Republican party. They want to know what he thinks.

His life experience is small and he only knows what he has read and been given by his parents. This is the same phenomena that happens over and over with a parent projecting there beliefs onto their child.
Many children have been broken because of domineering parents that made them practice the piano or do math to make the world think they have spawned a genius. It is definitely a gimmick and extremely sad that children are robbed of there childhood and used by their parents for self aggrandizement.

I'm sure this child is probably smart but to use his intelligence in this manner is criminal.

He's 14. Few kids his age have any interest in whatever Mom and Dad are blasting through the radio. How nice it would be if someone other than hate radio/TV and his obviously RW parents would give this kid some opportunities to widen his experience. He's obviously hungry for it.
