I have nothing else to say on Arnold's behalf but that out here he became moved when assuaged by the UC system, the better long term interests of humanity, California, and research facilities when he made possible continuing grant monies after visiting other nations with more serious contributors in the field; stiffing the UC's world class research facility is like chopping your own hands off but yeah...

If you think that bush & the republicans holding up federal funding were friends to such projects they weren't, and that's what we're turning around
