I wonder if the reason Obama is feeding rather than taking over the zombie banks is because of Saudi

Arabia and other foreign interests.

If he takes over these banks and wipes out the foreign shareholders he is essentially wiping out the same foreign interests that are lending us money for things like the bailout, national defense, medicare/medicaid, and social security.

I know at one point, Sauds owned a huge stake in Citibank (?60). Not sure now.

But, if my hypothesis is truly the case it kind of pulls the picture together. There's got to be some reason, one they are not sharing with us, as to why they haven't deep sixed some of these banks.
