Today's RW Spaghetti (as flung at the wall by Joey the Scar):
Obama is taking on too much. We don't need to do health care reform now (catapulted by Joey & Rep. Jack Kingston--R-still stupid). He just needs to fix the banks (catapulted reprise of "former Obama supporter, Warren Buffett" with the whiny stylings of Jack Welsh and Cramer the Insane tacked on in the interests of being fair and balanced). Bonus points for clip of Rush the Magic Dragon welcoming Cramer on to his ship of media martyrs as it sculls towards the Island of the Damned.

1. These folks are freaking out because they don't like any changes...
...to their little world.

5. The problem is they think it is their world.
Many people believe, as do I, it belongs to all people. Regardless of claims on paper deeds or stocks, or 1 and 0's in banking computers.

2. That's the RW meme du jour. Taking on too much. Nothing to back up the claim, of course. nt

3. Well, they're probably just still thinking about Chimpy.
For whom the old cliche about walking & chewing gum held true. Give them some time, it's going to be tough getting used to a chief executive who can actually function at an adult level.

4. Another excuse not to ever do health care reform, just like the President said. nt

6. One thing I've noticed about the current crop of right wingers
is how small they think. They have zero imagination. It's a shame they have a seat in Congress at all because they're holding back progress. Our President is a multi-tasker who not only thinks big, he thinks huge. That's what we want and need.

9. Joe keeps SWEARING
that he was against all the Bush spending. I really don't remember this on Scarborough Country, does anyone else? The financial bailout doesn't count. Plus, didn't Joey campaign for Bush in 04, when a massive amount of spending had already occured? Also, does Joe know that the economy doesn't suck solely because we "borrowed and spent". And all Mika does is purse her lips, furrow her brow, and nod with whatever Joe says.

11. He's been spewing this current rightwing spin for more than a week now.
I already sent him three emails today. One about how Wall St. should be expected to retract if earnings are down. Duh. The second one was about how his panel only think healthcare is a luxury because they have it. The third one was about Erin's announcement about Citibank turning a profit. I asked what they were going to crow about now?

:patriot:

12. And if he did it that way, they'd be saying he is doing nothing
about health care, and that health care is the fulcrum upon which it all rests.
