Name and shame - The worst of the worst.
What comes to mind immediately as the worst in American political history. My first thought surprised me: Andrew Jackson, the founder of the Democratic Party's 'Trail of Tears'.

6. That one and slavery are the two that would have occurred to me.
In the UK: everything done to the poor under feudalism; the Wars of the Roses; the extensive use of torture and the death penalty in much of the past; vicious exploitation of children during the industrial revolution.

8. Elizabeth's Star Chamber resembled the bent of Bush the Younger's circle.
They're likely the impetus for all the surveillance cameras in London right now.

Andrew Johnson runs a close second due to fucking up the Reconstruction plans Lincoln had made.
