The kid on the left of this picture is Carver's Athletic Director, Brian Bordainick.



He raised $200K (eventually growing to a haul of $800K) to get an NFL grant to rebuild Carver's athletic field. The Field of Dreams. In this day. And this time. And this economy.

We've seen so much success in schools that focus solely on academics, too.
