Obama. He didn't get any credit of the soar. however, i have noticed that he gets all the blame when it falls.

Media whores.. that is what the MSM is.

Citigroup said they were doing better. Helped pull everything up a bit. Also, Bernanke didn't sound as dour about hte future and he and Geithner have been out on the circuit trying to keep attitudes up. Obama deserves some credit for this.
