The Fed and Treasury refused to comply with FOIA requests on the distribution/disposition of the money handed out.

There's not a single publicly traded US company whose balance sheet can be believed in the first place, thanks to 'off-balance-sheet' tricks, which I will call by their true name - fraud.

We don't know, and can't know, since the people who spent our money don't think we're good enough to hear the answer.

Therefore, the only sensible assumption is to assume the worst. All the money went directly to graft, stolen outright. Until we know the truth for certain, this is the only sane interpretation of the facts.
