I do know people who have done exactly this: Trained their own job replacement !!

With hundreds of thousands of jobs gone from US workers, I'm sure there are many similar stories.

2. I know a few people who are doing this.
They're held hostage by withholding severance pay and other benefits if they refuse to train their replacements.

5. How's that for rewarding company loyalty..Didn't know they went as far as
withholding severance & benes....Daunting task of fixing all this..Hope Obama's shoulders are strong enough to carry the weight of all this crap unloaded on him.

3. BofA did this 10 years ago to the whole IT department.
I guess it is good that it might get some publicity now though it is far too late for millions of us.

How about a younger, less-experienced and cheaper American replacement?
