Because I can remember him being anti-choice when he was running for Governor of MD. Maybe I'm mis-remembering it.

8. He said he believes Roe v Wade was decided in error. He sees it

as a states' rights issue, but also declared it should be up to the woman. He gave a very confusing answer to an interview on this, but he was clearly not "pro-life".
