MSNBC=REPUKE MORNING SHOW

Why is it that NBC insist on having a 100% repuke morning show. Scar and friends are the worst I have ever seen. It's like a parallel universe of faux news. He doesn't stop winning about taxes and democrats. There is NO intelligent discussion. Now he is using profanity on ever show. WTF?? We should feel sorry for the rich is his mantra, non-stop. How in the hell does NBC expect people who are broke, jobless and loosing their homes to listen to this crap? It is sickening at best. This morning his theme is the new tax laws, which are not due for 2 years, moved up to 39% on the rich, has turned into 70%. He never mentions rockhead Reagan's 50% tax on the rich. What an asshole. NBC must be full of repukes.

I just think it's rather...unsophisticated and simplistic.

15. I hear ya - and usually it would be much better to spend time

on C-SPAN's coverage of hearings, Senate, Congress etc. Hear it directly than through the translation of these "entertainers".

But - they are trying to maximize listeners. And anything more sophisticated and in-depth would just drive many many listeners to CNN, FOX etc. It is a real balancing act - politics vs entertainment.

It would certainly be more refreshing and enlightening to hear a couple of Senators debate an issue with a moderator who's goal is to let the guests talk (vs monopolizing the time) - one from each side. But that is not going to happen - no profit in that. Need a blustery host, a blond sidekick, some quasi-literate guests and some issues (if they don't come to the surface, invent them).

I will continue to listen to morning-joe. With all it's deficiencies, imo it is the best of the morning shows - unless CSPAN has a decent topic.

I agree - I do not care for it. Joe's constant charges of Mikas drug use, for example. That is completely out of place.

I used to watch MSNBC over breakfast, but I got sick of that crap and now I read the paper instead. My mornings are much improved.
