I have been keeping an eye out for truly sound homeowner help programs where they make the payments affordable and don't just prolong the agony like some of the first loan mod agents did. This one checks out and I wanted to pass it around in case my fellow Tallahassee members could use a big drop in their payment.

A lot of these robo-calls (or whatever they're called when done on the internet) have your name and city already plugged into a generic form that goes out to a bazillion people. I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this, in any city. (Tallahassee ... I use the word "city" loosely!)
