How long before there is a movement among 20 and early 30 somethings for the federal government

How long before there is a movement among 20 and early 30 somethings for the federal government
to default on it's debt? The people buying it are more though not greatly concerned about it. The CDS on US debt has gone to 80 or so basis points. Which does show people think the financial sector would be able to pay if the federal government can't.

Do they come to a point where they say why should we pay this back?
