Victoria Jackson Sells Crazy on FOX NEWS
Her name may sound familiar and you might want to Google her because she has not really done anything for years. This looks like a bad SNL skit. A train wreck to watch!!!!

1. Um, is this supposed to drum up support?

3. Even Hanity looked like he wanted her to shut up
I am not convinced she is for real. Maybe in secret she is a liberal and she is pulling a Borat or something here. Either that or she is looking for a new career. Maybe her and Dennis Miller can get a show on Fox.

21. If she's hoping to follow Dennis Miller's sorry footsteps, she's going to be disappointed.
Dennis Miller makes stupid arguments, but he makes them with large words. He let's the moronic Fox News crowd *feel* intelligent. Victoria Jackson...? Hmm... not so much.

Now she is what? a C or D list?

Yeah, the "blonde bubblehead" persona may not have been just an act . . .

28. Okay, worse than I thought
And the sign off? "We'll have to have you back, Victoria. Next up, Larry the Cable Guy." At that precise moment, my laptop pulled out a revolver and was about to shoot itself.

6. What is this crazy religion called fascism?
It's straight out of 1930's Italy. Worship of death, idiocy, class privilege, and oppression. As the fascists would say, "down with intelligence, long live death!"

8. She says
Fox News is the network for TRUTH! THANK GOD FOR FOX NEWS!!!

Obama is a Communist

Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin should be in charge of the United States.

Now, add a childish whine like a four year old to the mix and that's pretty much what you got. Also, you have Sean Hanity looking embarrassed and annoyed beyond words.

7. OMG this is AWESOME.
I haven't watched what I'm sure is an amusingly stunning display of idiocy... I just mean the fact that FOX is so obviously scraping the bottom of the barrel for 'commentators'.

10. hmmph -- a -D list actress is the best they can do?
Victoria Jackson has always been a whiny dumbshit. The last thing I've seen her on was one of those reality shows -- Celebrity Fit Club? Or some other equally mindsucklingly stupid reality show.

12. I'm not sure, but I think she might be joking.
This might be a case of "pretending to be a stupid conservative to show how stupid conservatives are."

The stupid act is clearly an act. It's the same schtick she used to do back when she was on SNL.

But the fact that we've never seen her *not* do the stupid act makes it difficult to tell if she's joking or serious here. I lean toward joking. But I'm not sure.

14. Didn't I read somewhere that Victoria Jackson was an athiest?
If she's pulling a Colbert, it's make sense

But then again, that doesn't mean squat. The biggest atheist I knew back in college was also one of the biggest right-wingers I ever knew.

18. She's a hard core Christian.
From her biography page:

Well, I'd feel like we didn't really connect if I didn't tell you about what I really feel is important. I am a genuine true blue believer...not in Kaballah...not in Scientology...not in the New Age movement...not in Mormonism...not in Buddism...not in Hinduism...not in Catholicism...not in Protestantism...but in Jesus Christ. I've studied all those other religions...and as a cynic, and a free spirit...I personally decided to put my faith in Jesus. I've read the Bible all the way through....and I believe it is the Truth...the Word of God. Read John 3:l6, Ephesians 2:8,9, Romans 3:23, and Romans 6:23 and tell me what you think.

20. Maybe I'm thinking some other female SNL alum from the early 90s era.
I remember reading somewhere that one of them was an somewhat outspoken atheist, however, her name escapes me.

As for your remembrance, I'm going to guess Nora Dunn.

EDIT ADD: My guess is wrong. You're referring to Julia Sweeney.

16. You might be right. Though the whole republican party has gone so far off the deep end it's hard to
tell. If I didn't know any of the people on that clip, I'd swear that the whole group was performance art or improv.

17. I really don't think so.
Check out her website www.victoriajackson.com . I know she's been a wingnut for a long time. And while the ditzy blond thing appeared to be an act, I'm becoming more and more convinced that it's not. I think it's just a convenient cover, kind of like how Paris Hilton and Jessica Simpson say that the idiot act is only for the camera, I'm pretty sure they use it to cover up the fact that they're actually idiots.

13. ouch it must hurt to be as stupid as she is
It’s really sad and embarrassing when someone doesn’t realize how clueless they are and really should keep their uneducated opinions to themselves instead of making a public ass trying to appear informative. A certain Alaskan Governor comes to mind who exhibits the same intellectual flaws

Seems to be a prerequisite for joining the reich-wing. Rather like a "slow" Dennis Miller.
