Got this from a "friend" in Illinois, and would like to answer, any thoughts (other that just to piss off)? Anybody hear of an executive order regarding refugees? Sounds like total B.S. to me though:

Few on Capitol Hill took note that the order provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006."

You might also follow up your debunking with a little admonition that most systems of morality throughout the history of mankind frown quite heavily on bearing false witness against one's neighbor. Or, to put it more succinctly, tell your correspondent not to be such a fucking liar.
