They are LITERALLY throwing tea into the river!
Unbelievable!

I watched the "Teabaggers" on the local tonight (all eight of them) throwing teabags into the Genesee River...

My question is: how is this not considered a civil penalty for littering?

1. All 8 of them!

LTTE, or e-mail the station and ask them why they didn't call the cops? I don't know that those bags are biodegradable. Good point.

5. Silly gits!
And apparently historically-illiterate. The patriots in the Boston Tea Party were dumping loose tea into Boston Harbor -- tea bags as we know them today, didn't come along until 1903.

12. Have you ever SEEN what's in the Genesee River?
Throwing tea into it could only be considered an improvement.

But seriously, if the teabaggers want to go nuts, why not? They just end up making idiots of themselves on local TV.

13. Local news covered 8 people?
Funny. I saw a dozen guys picketing a scab job site today and I didn't see the local news van. I must have just missed them.
