Cramer couldn't do anything except cop a plea, which is what he did.

basically admit some guilt and then move the conversation. The problem was... Jon was prepared for that tactic. Showed that Cramer and CNBC wasn't guilty of just some bad advice or bad journalism. They knew and understood what was going on and did nothing with the information. They didn't even tell the public. If a CEO lies to your face Jim yes you are allowed to go on the air and say this guy is lying to me. I mean as you said you're a commentator. What' s the point of a commentator that is too afraid to lose his access to actually tell you what he thinks.
