I am watching the rerun of the DS w/ Cramer

Everyone says the Daily Show is entertainment.

Then I am tired of getting the truth from Comedy Central, and entertainment and lies from the major news outlets.

4. The very reason that there WAS a Court Jester

in the days of old. Only the Jester was allowed to speak the truth.

We have a modern day fiefdom, ruled by the power elites, and they control both the media AND, more importantly, the educational
system.

It is their will that the populace is STUPID. So stupid that the populace will believe that "in an economic crises, with everyone
cutting their spending, so too should the government lead by example and cut spending as well" and all the other crap they have
been bloviating about for decades now.

But the Court Jester is still needed for those who are aware... a voice for them. And yet one which can be safely ignored because
he or she IS, after all, only the Jester.
