Cramer acted like a guilty man...
...who knew he had done something wrong and appeared to be remorseful for his actions. At one time, Stewart reminded him that it was "not about" him. Cramer begged for a chance to make it right. Guilt was written all over his face...

1. It was pathetic. I am glad Jon hit him hard as he did.

3. Of course, he is as guilty as Madoff
cut from the same cloth. Another Harvard educated "elite" bastard taking advantage of his own people and trying to rip off everyone else. I'm amazed that NBC didn't shut him down long ago. Just look at his bio...

Cramer was born to an American Jewish family in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. One of his first jobs was selling ice cream at Veterans Stadium during Philadelphia Phillies games. Cramer went to Springfield Township High School in Montgomery County.

Cramer graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College in 1977 where he was also president of the Harvard Crimson. At this point in his life, Cramer was a staunch leftist, naming his plan to revitalize the Crimson after Lenin's "What Is to Be Done?" Today, an iconic painting of the Bolshevik leader can be seen in the background of the set of his show, Mad Money.

The world will be a better place without him and his type.

4. He's not remorseful. He's a salesman.
You saw that interview Jon kept playing. Cramer knew full well what he had done, what he was doing, and its effects. He is only sorry he is being called out on it.

5. He was busted with his own words every time he tried to justify himself.
I don't think he looked or felt guilty. He didn't have an epiphany. He just knew he was busted and wanted to make it out of the interview with his shorts dry.

I won't be surprised if Cramer subsequently declares "victory" and/or acts like he didn't have his ass well and truly handed to him by a "comedian."

6. PErsonally, I can't stand Cramer. He and his ilk are the epitome of what is wrong with America.
BUT

he showed some cojones going on TDS. He took some serious shots and stayed there for it.

Most RW capitalist pukes would have run away crying.

10. I think Cramer didn't anticipate that Jon would be as hard hitting as he was.
I think Cramer thought he would go on there and spin to try to make himself look like he was a voice in the wilderness against the market manipulators, have a few laughs (it's a comedy show not 60 Minutes, right?) and all would be fine.

Cramer tried that & was answered by a series of devastating "cue the tape" moments. I don't think he expected to get the drubbing he got. I guess he could have gotten up and left, but the viable face-saving move in that situation was to stay and be conciliatory. Cramer can spin it later and no doubt he will.

8. "Cramer begged for a chance to make it right"
That was great. He actually said he could change his whole show and do it honestly, as if Jon could have him canceled with the snap of his fingers. He's a scumbag and deserves to go down in flames.

9. Cramer is on the short end of the media stick
I get a sense he's about to lose his CNBC job.
(not to mention having any kind of credibility anywhere in the public eye ever again.)

12. I bet he has a nice fat swiss account.
Thanks to the hedge funds he helped manipulate stocks for with his show.
