We really should not be surprised that Jon Stewart called out CNBC
Some of us remember when he showed up at the old CNN's Crossfire, when Tucker Carlson wanted him to say something funny and Stewart was telling them how they were misleading America. That show ended up shortly after that.

Even then, he established the fact that his show is a comedy, that would come after some cartoon show, while the others, like Crossfire and everything on CNBC claim to be serious and informative.

1. His humility about his journalistic skills is inspiring.

Thinking a little more on that, a couple years ago, Jon Stewart said that hubris would be the downfall of the right. And without judgment, I think that taped statement by Cramer really was hubris.

Trying to learn from Jon Stewart's example, I realize modesty is something I can definitely improve on.

Barack Obama, it's now fashionable - in fact, very cool - to be

1. really smart
2. really well-informed
3. really well-mannered
4. really tolerant
5. really patient
6. really prepared to kill.
