18. You mentioned Oscar Wilde, the playwright, who cast a discerning eye
on the British aristocracy, making a lot of fun of them. I don't find what Will Farrell is doing any different. Maybe you think because something is supposed to be comedic that it is a laugh a minute. He's shining a light on the person that is very Oscar Wilde witty in my estimation. But you stick to your concise definition.
I see a lot of people giving it glowing reviews but I stopped watching it after about 15 minutes. I watched it when it was live but it just didn't capture my attention.
My husband, a huge Ferrell fan came into the room a while ago and turned into the repeat. He wasn't impressed either. After about five minutes he switched it over to some Kevin Bacon movie. We both agreed we'd give it another shot when it is available on-demand. We might change our minds but we might not.
14. for some reason, I just have not been interested in this one...........
For some reason, I just have not been interested in this one. And the only reason that occurs to me is that the Bush era is over. I'm tired of thinking about him. He's gone (thank God!) and he will very likely never be relevant again.
I don't even want to think about that asshole anymore.......not even to laugh at him!
