ST. JOSEPH, Mich. (AP) - The Economic Club of Southwestern Michigan is expected to host speeches by former President George W. Bush and former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice in the coming months.

The Herald-Palladium and WSJM-AM report Bush is scheduled to speak May 28 and Rice is expected to speak April 30.

2. Michigan has done so well because of Bush's policies. I can see why he'd be welcome there.

I guess Rice is coming along so Bush has something to do when he ain't speechifyin'... :eyes:

Karl Rove, Mike Huckabee, Richard Reeves (New York Times, biographer), Steve Kroft (60 Minutes), W and Condi.

Only members can attend. Wonder if there's going to be a welcome party thrown by the local progressives.
