4. One of his jurors was Facebooking and Twittering during the trial.
He asked for a mistrial....now he's got a pretty good appeal point.

Which is too bad. 'Cause Vinny's as guilty as hell.

5. I know the judge was going to talk to that juror this morning
and rule on what would happen.

But I agree, this may be an appeal point.
